Introduction

At NII Clean Ltd, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to help you return items easily.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any items purchased from our online store.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

All tags must be attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale

Personalized or custom-made products

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at Contact Us or call 028 7034 8834 to request a return authorization.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Ship the item back to us using the provided return shipping label (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Store Credit Option

If you prefer, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund. In this case, we will issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item at no additional shipping cost. There will be a restock fee of 10% on all returns.

In June 2021 NII Clean acquired a high profile workshop and trade counter on the Bushmills Road in Coleraine. These premises serve as both a base for NII Clean's services and a new showroom servicing both private and trade customers where we sell, service & repair.
