FAQ's

How do you clean the roof?

We use ladders, an aluminium scaffold tower or our own truck mount cherrypicker to go to gutter level. We then use relevant tools and telescopic poles with scraping profiles on the end to scrape 95% of the moss off the tiles. Finally a chemical is then applied onto the tiles to treat and clean the roof over the coming weeks and months.

How long will the roof stay clean?

We give a 12 month regrowth guarantee. This means if there is any regrowth on the roof within 12 months of cleaning, we will retreat your roof for free. Normally a roof should stay clean from anywhere between 3 to 5 years.

What chemicals do you use?

We use a range of chemicals, most of which would not be over the counter products. We have extensive experience in using all of the products we use to ensure we do not damage your property in anyway.

What guarantee do you give?

We give all our customers a 12 month regrowth guarantee. Should any moss regrow on your roof within the first 12 months we will retreat free of charge.
